Advertisers Will be Charged Production Charges & 15% for Converting
Submitted Materials to Our Specifications.
CONTRACT & COPY REGULATIONS
Receipt of Chicago Creative Directory invoice and/or revised art
or copy
confirms commitment of space reservation and all conditions.
Client agrees to pay at least 50% of the invoice with art and copy,
50% when the Creative Directory is published. No Refunds After Closing.
No agency commission will be allowed. Client has read the advertising
rate information
and agrees to its requirements. The publisher reserves the right
to reject any advertising
not in keeping with the publication's standards.
The advertiser agrees to assume liability for all content of advertisements
printed and for any claims arising therefrom against the publisher.
